Mission Statement

 The Jackson County Teachers Credit Union is a financial co-operative that exists for the benefit of its members and offers the most needed financial services at the most reasonable rates and terms possible to maintain the Credit Union's long term financial stability.

 We pledge to treat our members equally with respect to their individual financial needs regardless of their status.

 When a member leaves our office, our goal is for them to feel good about using the Credit Union for their financial services, if they don't we have not done our job correctly. 

 Our members' satisfaction and well being are the number one priority of the Credit Union.  Our Credit Union was built on the foundation of people helping people.
